With just one day remaining before the polls open for the most closely contested UK General Election in 18 years, Twitter users have been grabbing Twibbons to show their support of their favourite party.
As the campaigning continues to accelerate towards May 6th, so does the amount of Twitterers wearing their Twibbon with pride.
Despite his well-publicised dislike for Twitter, David Cameron’s Conservatives currently lead the way with 3,294 supporters, followed closely by Labour with 2,446 and the Liberal Democrats with 2,008.
Other parties too are able to make their voice heard through their Twibbon-wearing supporters. The Green Party, Plaid Cymru and the SNP have all gathered several hundred supporters in their bid to gain seats in a potentially hung parliament.
